The Raging River, Trust Fall, Berlin Wall, Elves Chasm, Tree Top walk are some of the situations your team will encounter on its journey. Each obstacle presents a different problem to solve and with each one your team gets stronger. At first, its disorganized chaos as individual human nature kicks in. Then, after embarrassing failure, the light goes on the team starts to get it.
The course is just like Army boot camp - "break ’em down and build ’em back up" as the drill sergeant used to say. The Challenge Course breaks down barriers quickly. Organizations can use it both for members to get to know each other (quickly) or for team building and problem solving. Whatever the reason, its great fun with designated outcomes. And WT’s trained facilitator is there to ensure the desired results.
