|  | WT pioneered rafting with our first scouting run in 1974 and open for business in 1975. WT guides pioneered the runs and named the rapids. No one knows the Ottawa River better than us. Over the years as our skill and expertise increased we were able to "push the envelope" to where we now maximize the fun and excitement of Canada’s most popular rafting and kayaking river.
Our adventures are for everyone - from high adventure for adults and teens to gentle adventure for hesitant first timers and families with children as young as seven. Not only do we satisfy the craving for river adventure, we also have great hiking and biking and climbing.
We have tried to become (and most say we have succeeded) a "Club Med" for adventure sports. Our forte is excitement and adventure by day and a great resort by night. We take pride in good hearty food, wonderful facilities and entertaining night life. We want you to come off the river or trail, soak your tired bones in the hot tub, enjoy a great meal, have more fun and get a good night’s sleep in one of our cozy cabins and get ready to do it all again.
ALL OUR ADVENTURE PACKAGES (EXCEPT DAY TRIPS) INCLUDE ACTIVITY (RAFTING, KAYAKING ETC), APPROPRIATE MEALS, FACILITY USE AND A CAMPSITE. WE ALSO HAVE A VARIETY OF CABIN RENTAL OPTIONS FOR YOU TO CHOOSE FROM.
